Police officers from Tullytown and Falls Township swarmed to a Kenwood Drive home breaking the quiet of Easter Sunday evening for a reported possible break-in in progress.
At around 6:45 p.m., police from both police departments flew into action arriving on the 240 block of S. Kenwood Drive. Police presence caught neighbors’ attention on the block.
Officers spoke to the homeowner, who said she wasn’t home and thought she saw someone trying to enter her home, Tullytown Chief of Police Nate Aldsworth said.
Aldsworth said there were no signs of forced entry at the residence with officers further checking the exterior of the home. The homeowner did not want police entering her home because she is a dog owner.
