Bucks County District Attorney’s office confirmed to Lower Bucks Source a juvenile has been charged.
“All we can say about the Bristol crash is that our office has approved charges of aggravated assault against a juvenile” said DA Spokesman Manuel Gamiz Jr shortly after the story below was published

A 17 year-old juvenile has been charged for his role in a vehicle accident that sent six people.including children to area hospitals last month, sources told Lower Bucks Source Friday.
Earlier this morning Bristol Borough Chief of Police Joe Moors refereed this publication to the District Attorney’s office when asked about charges being filed.
Moors declined to comment on the source reports.
Spokesmen for the Bucks County District Attorney’s’ office Manuel Gamiz Jr said the office was working on something but could not provided detailed comments.
Meanwhile a third source, outside of the investigative process, told the publication a case against the minor has been filed but was unwilling to disclose the exact nature of the criminal charges.
Investigators were seen in recent days searching the blue BMW vehicle for what appeared to be more evidence, sources told Lower Bucks Source.
Moors in response last week, again referred Lower Bucks Source back to the DA’s office for comment on the investigation.

Locals have been wondering aloud about why new information had not been released since the accident
First responders rescued one woman from the mini van that was packed with children the Saturday of the crash by cutting off its roof.
As of today, family sources told Lower Bucks Source everyone has been released from the hospital, but more surgeries and medical attention will be needed

Multiple sources told the publication in recent days the blue BMW operated by the minor, who will not be identified, was rented by his parents for “prom night” event The same sources also reported the juvenile was driving about 90 mph on I-95 coning into Bristol which led to the subsequent pursuit by State Police into Bristol ending in the crash some called a major casualty event.
Hours after the crash Bristol Police on patrol shut down Old Route 13 at Mill Street for about 100 yards for “evidence collection.”
Moors declined to comment on the evidence Police recovered. Nor would he say if the evidence recovered was connected to the crash.
Sources who saw officers collecting the evidence, said there were bullets and a gun located in the area near the intersection.

As for the other two persons pictured on the ground feet from the crash site, no word on whether or not charges of any kind will be filed against them.
