A Cadillac Escalade allegedly driven by “kids” plowed into a Croydon home in Bristol Township Wednesday midmorning
First responders were dispatched to the 700 block First Avenue around 10:45 am for a “critical” traffic accident.
Emergency crews upon arrival discovered a black Cadillac Escalade crashed into the front yard and structure of the home.
The homeowner told LBS she was upstairs with her children when the Escalade plowed into the home and everyone is “ok”
She saw three “young kids” flee the crash scene.
Bristol Township Fire Marshal/Emergency Services Coordinator Kevin Dippolito, and officials are assessing the damage to the home.
Dippolito said he’s awaiting the arrival a contractor to determine if the home is uninhabitable, due to the damages.
Bristol Twp Police on Washington Ave, sources said, have detained at least one person.
This is the third time a vehicle crashed into a Lower Bucks home in weeks.
On May 22 a 17 year-old motorist fell asleep at the wheel and crashed into a Fairless Hill home in Falls Township.
On Monday June 8, again in Falls Twp, a Levittown woman allegedly driving drunk drove through Thornridge Drive home.
Updates are expected. This is a developing story.
