A Christmas Eve fire at an apartment complex in the the Levittown section of Bristol Township displaced several residents and is under investigation by the fire marshal’s office.
Fire crews from Levittown #2, Third District and Edgely fire companies were called out to the 7200 block Marion Avenue shortly before 7 pm for a fire alarm sounding, which was upgraded to an apartment fire, fire officials from Levittown #2 said.
As fire crews arrived on scene at building 200 smoke was showing from an apt on the 3rd floor.

Fire crews, officials said, secured water supply with the initial attack lines at the fire from the 3rd floor apt, quickly extinguishing it, holding it to to 1- 2 bedroom unit.
There are several residents displaced due to the fire, officials confirmed.
Fire officials reported, no injuries reported and fire is being investigated by Bristol Township Fire Marshal’s office.
A woman who lives in the apt complex said on the Lower Bucks Source Meta page that the fire was caused by a candle left to burn. That information has not been confirmed or noted by fire officials on scene.
