The Bristol Township Police issued a brief but direct to the point statement about the fires that occurred at 23 Yellowood Drive, in Levittown in less than 24 hours they calling “Suspicious.”
Bristol Township Police along with the Bristol Township Fire Marshall’s Office are currently investigating suspicious fires that occurred at 23 Yellowood Drive, in Levittown. The first incident was dispatched on on 06/10/2025 at 3:07am. Patrol units arrived and located a small fire that was quickly extinguished. The second incident occurred on 06/11/2025 and patrol units were dispatched at 1:29am. This incident was controlled by several local fire companies and severe damage occurred to the home, authorities said.
No community members were injured in any of the incidents. This case is currently assigned to the Criminal Investigative Unit and an active investigation in ongoing. At this time the Bristol Township Police Department does not believe the community is in any danger. If further information becomes available it will be released, Public Information Sgt Jason Mancuso said.
Fire Marshal Kevin Dippolito said this morning the first fire is arson.
Three fires at Levittown home in Bristol Township are under investigation by the fire marshal’s office and detectives, officials said Wednesday morning,
The most recent fire, officials from Levittown #2 said, occurred just after 1:30am with crews were dispatched as mutual aid with Edgely Fire Company for reported dwelling fire on Yellowwood Drive, Levittown.

Arriving units found fire showing in A/B side and carport area with extension into the dwelling. Two lines were quickly put into service extinguishing, said fire officials.
Fire Marshal Kevin Dippolito said this morning this was the third fire at the residence less than 24 hours. The other two the fire said were responded to:
- Tuesday 3:15am – Fire dept responded for a reported dwelling fire. The fire caused minor damage to an exterior carport wall, determined to be arson. Resident was home at time of fire.
- Tuesday between 4am and 8:30am – 2 fires were set inside the open carport but burned themselves out. Resident was home at time of fire.
The blaze this morning was placed under control within 30 minutes with no injuries in of the fires, public safety officials said.
