Federal and county authorities on Monday teamed up to take a member of the Pagans Motorcycle Club in  custody in Tullytown Borough after he allegedly removed a court ordered monitoring device last month.

Scott Alford, 55, was arrested without incident by members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force and Bucks County Sherriff’s Deputies early this morning.

At approximately 6:15 am, investigators executed an arrest warrant in the 300 block of Main Street in Tullytown Borough where Alford was believed to be hiding.

Alford, a member of the Pagan’s Motorcycle Club, was in violation of his Bucks County County Probation stemming from a 2023 terroristic threats conviction, authorities said.

In December, Alford removed his electronic monitoring bracelet and failed to report to his Probation Officer, authorities said.  A warrant was issued on December 23rd, Supervisory Deputy Robert Clark said.

Upon being arrested, Bucks County Sheriff’s transported Alford to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.

The “U.S. Marshal Service support for the Bucks County Sheriff’s Office enhances our shared commitment to arresting violent felons. We will continue to be a force multiplier for all our law enforcement partners in Bucks County,” said Supervisory Deputy Robert Clark of the U.S. Marshals.

This is the third arrest U.S Marshals have been involved with over the last week in Lower Bucks County.

Last Tuesday the Marshals grabbed up Ricardo Romo, 34 who was wanted for indecent assault of a 4 year -old in Oklahoma.

On Friday U.S. Marshals captured fugitive Laurie Gardner wanted on aggravated assault charges by Bristol Borough Police.
