On Tuesday the U.S. Marshals Service captured a man wanted by Oklahoma authorities for indecent assault at an apartment complex in Fairless Hills.
Romo was wanted in Oklahoma for improper touching of a 4-year-old and violating a protective order, US Marshal Richard Clark.
On June 24th, 2024, the Comanche County District Court in Oklahoma issued a felony arrest warrant for Romo for a count of lewd or indecent acts to a child under 16. Shortly after the issuance of the warrant, Romo fled the state of Oklahoma and his whereabouts were unknown, Clark said.
In December of 2025, the Marshals Western District of Oklahoma Metro Fugitive Task Force developed information Ricardo may in Pennsylvania and Marshals in Philadelphia began investigating.
Romo was arrested without incident at 7:45 am by investigators from the Marshals Task Force at an apartment of a female associate in Bucks County.
“The Marshals Service remains steadfast in pursuing and apprehending child predators. The arrest of Ricardo Romo demonstrates our commitment to keeping children safe,” Supervisory Deputy Clark said.
