The Bensalem Police are asking the public for any information on a dead body discovered outside of a hotel.
According to a press release, officers responded to the parking lot of Benjamin Rush Hotel, located at 2345 Old Lincoln Highway, for the report of a body outside.
Upon arrival, police discovered a deceased white male lying on his back in the parking lot.
Police were able to identify the male as Zachary Dooney, 42, from Newville PA (Cumberland County). He was wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt with “Rob Nolfi Roofing” printed on the front and gray sweatpants.
Bensalem Police are investigating this incident as a suspicious death and are asking for the public’s assistance in the investigation. This is the second suspicious death police are investigating in Bensalem over the last week.
70 year-old Cynthia Bouffard was discovered deceased in her Hunter Court South home last week subsequent to a wellness check. Cause and manner of death have yet to be determined.
