Cops: Bensalem Man Charged with Burglary for Stealing a NH Woman’s Panties

In the bizzaro alleged crime of the day, on Tuesday a Bensalem man has been charged for breaking into a New Hampshire woman’s home, stealing her panties when he was caught on her roof.

Mauricio Damian-Guerrero, 20 was charged with four counts of burglary for driving 400 miles to break into the victims home and stealing her underwear.

According to police Damian-Guerrero traveled 400 miles to take pictures while she slept, and tried to place a tracking device on the victims vehicle.

Police say the suspect met the woman online through the Only Fans website. 

According to a press release from the Somersworth Police, Damian-Guerrero  hid in the victims attic while she slept so he could engage in his creepy behavior.

He was found on her roof at around 4:30 am, Tuesday morning and taken into custody, He was released on bail provided he have no contact with the victim said police.
