Bensalem Police arrested a 35 year old Barrington, New Jersey man for convincing a minor to take sexually explicit photos of herself.
Justin Orio was charged with felony counts of unlawful contact with a minor, sexual abuse of children (photo/video/abuse material), and related offenses. He was arraigned by District Justice Joseph Falcone on Wednesday who remanded him to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10% of $750,000 bail.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, Orio initiated a conversation on a dating app with an individual who he believed was 13 years-old.
Orio would ask the underage girl if she was a virgin and asked her to send photos of herself, police said in court papers.
On Sunday, Dec. 29, 2025, Orio asked the girl if she wanted to “hook up.” When the girl told him that she was willing, Orio went on to very graphically and explicitly describe the sexual acts he planned on engaging with her, the criminal complaint alleges.
During said conversation Orio repeatedly asked the girl to send him photos of her bare breast, while assuring her that she wouldn’t get in trouble and her mother would not find out, police said.
Once identified, detectives spoke with Orio who confirmed that he had been messaging with the girl and asking her to produce and send him explicit pictures. Orio, according to the probable cause, said he did not plan to meet up with the girl, but that “it was tempting”, in spite of his concerns about getting in trouble.
Orio turned himself into Bensalem authorities on Wednesday.
“No juvenile was ever in danger during this investigation,” Bensalem authorities said in a media release.
Lower Bucks Source picked up a copy of Orio’s arrest warrant subsequent to a daily check of the of the Unified Judicial System of Pennsylvania on Feb 5.
He is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing on March and has no attorney of record listed according to online records.
