Feasterville Man Charged with Kidnapping, Aggravated Assault, Was Victim in Nasty Croydon Motorcycle Accident Last Year

A Trevose man on Thursday was released from a community-based behavioral health facility into the custody of Bensalem Township Police Officers and charged with kidnapping for ransom, aggravated assault and related offenses.

District Judge Joseph P. Falcone arraigned Kyle Flook 30 this afternoon on felony charges. He was remanded to Bucks County Correctional Facility (BCCF) unable to post the 10 percent of $200.000.00 bail set by Falcone.

According to the probable cause, on Saturday, September 13th, 2025 at approximately 11:26 p.m., Bensalem Township Police were dispatched to a domestic incident that occurred in the 4400 block of Elk Avenue in Feasterville-Trevose.

The victim told police she and Flook were in the midst of a verbal altercation which moved from their apartment to the victims vehicle.  Flook got into the vehicle and took off  with the victim partially hanging out of the passenger side of the vehicle, pleading with him to stop. This caused the victim to be dragged along the roadway, causing injuries to her foot, police said.

The victim then got fully inside the vehicle, police said. Flook struck the victim in the face and head, causing head injuries.

The victim pleaded with Flook to let her out of the vehicle which he refused and threatened to kill her if she tried to get out of the vehicle.

Flook, the victim told police, drove approximately 117 miles on the PA turnpike at speeds exceeding 100 mph.

Once the vehicle ran out of gas, the victim got away from Flook, where she could contact the police.

Flook then fled the scene, the victim told police.

Flook’s suffered serious injuries when he was struck by a Honda Cicu while riding his motorcycle in Croydon in October of 2024. He spent months recovering in the hospital. He was put into a medically induced coma due a brain swelling  and related injuries suffered in the crash.

His preliminary hearing is scheduled for October 1 2025 and he currently has no attorney of record, according to online court records.
