Lower Southampton Woman Still Missing as Family Hires Private Detective

The search continues for a Lower Southampton woman missing for more than two weeks and her family has hired a private investigator to help with the investigation, according to a published report from CBS Philly. 

Cassandra Johnston has been missing for more than two weeks now and her family has reached out to the private sector for help with locating the missing 26 year-old woman.

The Johnston family told Eyewitness News, they hired a private investigator after Philadelphia Police released images of her silver 2016 Ford focus sedan on Vine Street approaching I-95.

Meanwhile, last week search parties were formed to look in wooded areas in Trevose, near her Feasterville home.with billboards going up in strategic locations throughout the area as a result of her family setting up Go Fund Me page to pay for billboards.

Just under $11,000.00 has been raised to date.

One such sign is at the intersection of New Falls Road and Levittown Parkway in front of American Dream Realty.

Johnston, 26, was reported missing by her family after never returning home from a Philadelphia location in the early morning hours of July 10.

Her vehicle was captured on video surveillance in the China Town section of the city, around 5:50 a.m. that morning Philadelphia Police said.

Johnston’s vehicle is displaying PA registration KSA8807.

Her cell phone was also found in Philadelphia, according to police,

Johnson works for the Neshaminy School District and  is a much loved counselor and aide in the child care programs, police said.
