Bensalem Police have arrested 46 year-old man in the United States illegally for raping a child three times under his supervision.
On-call District Judge David J. Chichilitti arraigned Raul Solis-Soriano, who just turned 46 in June, at 1:45 this morning on 1o felony counts of rape related offenses and associated misdemeanor offenses.
Chichilitti denied bail due the charges according to court records.
According to the criminal complaint, Bensalem Police spoke with the victim on Sep. 15, 2026. The victim stated Raul Solis-Soriano had sexually abused her on three separate occasions 10 years prior.
The now about 20 years-old , according to the criminal complaint, said the assaults happened when Solis-Soriano was living with he mother at a Bensalem apartment complex, on Knights Road. She told police that these incidents happened when she was 10 years old, and when her mother was at work.
Detectives interviewed Solis-Sorian , who according to the criminal complaint, confessed to the rapes.
According to the criminal complaint, Solis-Soriano told investigators of one incident where he was alone with the victim in the bedroom while her sister was in another room. Soriano said he sexually assaulted the victim but only for five seconds.
The suspect admitted to a second rape. The victim was sleeping, when he woke her up so he could rape her again, according to court records.
Solis -Soriano told police of a third incident where the victim was laying on her stomach, when he raped her for the third time
According to the probable cause, Solis-Soriano allegedly told police, the victim should be lucky that he only assaulted her three times, as he himself has been sexually abused as a child for a seven years.
Soriano admitted to being in the United States illegally, police said.
His is due back in court on September 29 and has no attorney of record, according to online court records.
