A North Carolina couple have been arrested By Warrington Township Police in a Lowe’s parking lot for retail theft.
The arrest took place on place Wednesday at the Lowe’s Home Center on 425 Easton Road,
Dustin Rollins, 34, and Hannah Tea, 32 were allegedly caught by Lowe’s loss prevention removing security straps from products and placing them into their carts, said police.
When confronted by merchandising employees the suspects fled, leaving behind the the products in their cart.
Police arrived shortly thereafter, and a short pursuit on foot ensued before both were taken into custody near their vehicle, a black 2020 Buick Enclave bearing a NJ license plate, said authorities.
Upon further investigation it was revealed the vehicle in question was stolen in North Carolina, police said.



Inside the vehicle police found multiple registration plates from other states, along with multiple Sig Sauer and Glock styled BB and airsoft guns. Police also found ammunition for Riffles and Pistols, but no real firearm was found.
Other items found inside the vehicle cleared the case for one burglary and stolen auto case in North Carolina, alongside a retail thrift in Bensalem.
Arrest warrants were issued by Bensalem Police for the alleged theft after the couples arrest in Warrington.
They are both currently charged with felony theft related counts and five misdemeanor counts and are scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing on April 11
The couple are currently being held in Bucks County Prison in lieu of 10 percent of $100,000. bail.
