Police Bust Bensalem Man for Dealing Fentanyl & MDMA

A joint police operation kept dangerous pills of the streets and led a Bensalem man’s arrest Sunday.

Tarik E. Wilson, 23 of Bensalem was charged and arraigned Sunday by Magisterial District Judge
Michael W. Gallagher on three counts of drug distribution, two theft related felonies and one related offense.

According to the criminal complaint, Philadelphia Police Drug Strike Force( DSF), Bensalem Township Police and Bucks County Detectives conducted a joint investigation on May 13th, 2022. On the day in question, surveillance showed suspect Wilson meeting up with an individual in the parking lot of a restaurant. The bag that Mr.Wilson had given the suspect contained quantities of Fentanyl pills. This bag would later be seized by law enforcement.

Later that night, police executed a search warrant on Wilson’s home at 2517 Dunks Ferry Road, Apartment E-208, and upon entry placed him under arrest court records show.

Police found:

  1. one hundred thirteen MDMA pills (Street Name “Molly”)
  2. one Phoenix arms hand gun, that was reportedly stolen from York Country back in 2013 with several rounds still inside,
  3. five boxes of new and unused bags used to package controlled substances, and a digital scale with suspected drug residue

Wilson’s bail was set at 10 percent of $250,000.00 and he was sent to Bucks County Correctional. He is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing on May 24 in Bensalem District Court.
