Cops: Search Warrant Leads to Arrest of 68 Year-Old Bristol Man for Drug Distribution



A warrant to search a 68 year-old mans borough home led to his arrest for allegedly dealing drugs last week.
Robert Flynn, of Bristol, was arraigned last week on felony possession with intent to distribute and two drug related misdemeanors according to the criminal complaint filed by the Bristol Borough Police Department.
Flynn’s home was searched February 3, just after 10:30 am at on the 100 block of Cedar Street. Flynn was advised of the the warrant and the search revealed an alleged cache of drugs, including methamphetmine, marijuana, and mushrooms.
Police said they also found money, scales and supplies used to package illicit substances.
Police logged the alleged illicit substances for evidentiary purposes which will be sent to the lab for chemical analysis, court records show.
The investigation that led to securing the search warrant on the Cedar St home was a multi agency effort Officer in Charge Sgt Joe Moors said
“The arrest is a result of the community, the police department, and the Bucks County District Attorney’s office Drug Task Force working together.”
Flynn was jailed on 10 percent of $75,000 and is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing in Bristol Borough District Court on March 9 to answer to the charges.
