Lt Gov Fetterman Coming to Bristol for Sunday Rally

Democratic Senatorial candidate John Fetterman will make a campaign stop in Bristol Borough Sunday afternoon. .
The rally will take place at Bristol Lions Park. 100 Basin Street beginning at 1:30 and running until just before kickoff of the Eagles game officials said.
Fetterman’s opponent Republican Dr. Mehmet Oz has recently closed the gap on the Lieutenant Governor according to polling data released by Emerson College (Fetterman +2), and Franklin & Marshall College (Fetterman +3).
Oz’s campaign ad’s attacking Fetterman on public safety related issues seems to have the desired impact. The series of ads which include Bucks County Sheriff Fred Harran say, the Democratic nominee is soft on crime.

On Tuesday the Cook Political Report downgraded its evaluation of the race from “lean Democrat” to “Toss Up”
The nonpartisan election forecaster cited the recent polls released showing the race is closer than it has even been since primary day, but a USA TODAY Network/Suffolk University poll conducted Sept. 27-30 and released on Tuesday says Fetterman leads by six points
The Fetterman Campaign responded to the attacks on the candidates stance on public safety and crime saying the attacks are far from the truth.
“One of the things that I believe in most strongly is the power of a second chance, and as the chair of the Board of Pardons in Pennsylvania, delivering that has been one of the things that I’m most proud of,” the candidate says in a video on his campaign website.
Sunday’s rally kicks off at 2:30 pm campaign officials said
