Reports: Superintendent Hires Law Firm, Letter sent to School Board Members’

Fallout stemming from a incident reported to police last week by the Borough School District Superintendent is now entering what appears to be a legal phase of sorts.
Several sources confirmed on Wednesday that Superintendent Dr. Rose Minnitti hired attorney Amy Guerin, from the Parker McCay law firm to represent her. Guerin, a source said sent out letters to several school board officials announcing the possibility of a legal action specific to the board and it president, David Chichilitti.
School board members have been directed not to discuss the incident due to potential legal ramifications
According to the Parker McCay website, Guerin once a was school board member and her legal focus is working with school districts and municipalities.
Details of what is in the letter sent to officials outlines the incident that occurred last Friday between the superintendent and school board president, multiple sources reported, alleging that Chichilitti entered Bristol High School, bypassing security, damaging a video camera and screamed at Minitti as she was reprimanding a school employee.
As previously reported, Minnitti filed a report with police, which in turn led one officer to interview the district superintendent and school board president shortly after Friday’s incident.
No charges have been filed against Chicilitti, as of Thursday and Chief of Police, Steve Henry said in response to an e-mail from Lower Bucks Source the department took a report of an incident which took place at the High School on April 30th. No students were present or involved in the incident
Minnitti has also not responded to requests for comment nor has her attorney.
The School Board is scheduled to meet Thursday night at Snyder-Girotti Elementary School at 7 p.m.
