Gardner was found after Marshals determined she was staying with a new boyfriend, authorities said.
U.S. Marshals Service
The Marshals were asked by the Bristol Borough Police to assist with the capture of Gardner in early December.
Gardner was wanted for an April 2026 aggravated assault charge where she allegedly struck a woman with her vehicle after a verbal dispute at Phinny Magee’s pub in Bristol Borough.
A warrant was issued for Gander’s arrest in September.
“This arrest reflects our continued commitment to Bucks County law enforcement and ensuring fugitives are brought to justice,” Supervisory Deputy Robert Clark said.
Chief of Police Joe Moors was profuse in his thanks to Clark and the Marshals for the work that they do.
“The Bristol Borough Police Department extends its sincerest gratitude to Rob Clark and the U.S. Marshal’s for their continued partnership and invaluable assistance with today’s arrest of Laurie Gardner”
On Call District Judge David J. Chichilitti arraigned Gardner on the original charges Bristol Borough Police filed against her, listing Lt. Elifa Soto as the arresting officer. Soto filed the original arrest warrant for Gardner back in August of last year.
Chichilitti set Gardner’s bail at 10 percent of $500,000.00 remanding her to the custody of Bucks County Correctional Facility. She is now scheduled for a January 21 preliminary hearing on the four counts of aggravated assault and related offenses.
