Bristol Fire Crews Race to Levittown Car Rental Business to Investigate Reported Fire

Bristol Township firefighters raced to the Enterprise Car Rental offices on the 7000 block of Bristol Pike Thursday afternoon for a reported building fire, discovering there was “no fire,” fire officials said.

Edgely, Third District, Bristol Township Rescue, and Croydon fire companies were dispatched to the 7015 Bristol Pike location.

Initial reports of electrical burning and smoke inside the structure were made to Bucks County Emergency Services leading  first responders being dispatched at around 11:55 a.m.

Firefighters inspected mechanic bays, offices and the back of the car rental business, finding no fires to fight.

No injuries were reported.
