Cops: One Arrested, Warrant Issued for Second Suspect in Wedding Reception Brawl



Bristol Township Police say one man has been arrested and a second is wanted connected to a brawl on Saturday night at Falls Manor Catering as previously reported by Lower Bucks Source.
In a brief press release Lieutenant Sean Cosgrove said officers were summoned to the catering hall for a “large fight” at a wedding reception, locating a large disorderly crowd.
Police from other Bucks County Police Departments were summoned to assist, Cosgrove said.
“One suspect was arrested on scene” he said with a second suspect identified and a warrant issued for his arrest.
According to online court records the man wanted by Police is from Philadelphia and is 32 years-old. When arrested he will be charged with one count of aggravated assault, one count of reckless endangerment, one count of simple assault and two related summary offenses.
Although arrest warrants are public information, in the interest of the police investigation, Lower Bucks Source is withholding the suspect’s name until he is taken into custody.
The man tipsters said was taken into custody Saturday night by Police at the Sunoco gas station has yet to be identified and charges for his role the fight have yet to be filed by authorities, according to county court records.
The large Police response to the wedding reception hall beginning at 10:15 pm was hard to avoid, as tipsters and locals sent videos and pictures of area police swarming first the catering hall and then the Sunoco on New Falls and Durham Roads.
One witness can be heard counting out loud at least 12 marked police vehicles on the scene.
Overheard at the gas station was the one man “arrested” screaming repeatedly “Yo, backup! I am OK! I am OK!! apparently at the police.
“The investigation is ongoing,” as of Monday afternoon Cosgrove said.
