Two 23 year old’s are facing serious charges after they allegedly forced themselves into a residence at Mill Creek Apartments in Levittown and shot the victim twice.
According to Bristol Twp Police On November 28, 2025, at about 12: 10AM, officers responded to Millcreek Apartments for the report of a possible home invasion.
The arriving officers heard a disturbance coming from inside the building. Police found a victim inside an apartment with two gunshot wounds.
The victim, police said, received medical attention and was transported to St. Mary’s Medical Center for treatment.
Through investigation Police learned Junell Osborne, a 23-year-old male, and Erica Montgomery, a 23-year-old female, came to the apartment in the aftermath of a previous altercation between Osborne and the victim. They allegedly forced their way into the apartment force, and a physical altercation ensued, culminating in the victim being shot twice, Sgt Jason Mancuso said.
Police, Mancuso said, recovered a gun from the scene.
Osborne has been arrested and charged with aggravated assault, burglary, persons to possess firearms and other related crimes.
Montgomery was also arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit aggravated assault, burglary, possession of an instrument of crime, and related offenses.
Osborne was sent to Bucks County Correctional Facility with bail set at $1,000,000 /10% by District Judge Jonas.
Montgomery was arrested on November 30 and arraigned by District Judge Marriott. She was sent to Bucks County Correctional Facility with bail set at $150,000 / 10%.
“The victim is in stable condition,” Mancuso said Monday afternoon.
