State Police Confirm Fatality in Wednesday’s I-95 Bristol Crash



State Police said a motorist was killed in a crash involving a motorcycle on Interstate 95 on the off ramp for Rt. 413 (Veterans Highway) in Bristol Township, Wednesday.
The crash, tied up traffic for hours as sources said it occurred just before 2 p.m.
Motorists driving by told LBS a body was laying on the roadway and “looked to be dead.”
According to Pennsylvania State Police spokesman Trooper Nathan Branosky, the crash involved a motorcycle and a sedan.




State Troopers did not identify the victim of the accident, as of publication.
Officials said as of 5:30 p.m the northbound lane exit was still closed as the Troop M Accident Reconstruction and Forensic Units continued their investigation.
A Motorists as late as 6:15 p.m. told LBS, traffic was at a “stand still,” all the way back into Bensalem.
LevittownNow.com reported the Bucks County Rescue Squad transported the motorcyclist from the scene of the crash.
No criminal charges have been filed as of Thursday morning and the investigation remains open, officials said.
