Cops: Morrisville Man Kicks Holes into Gate, Bangs on Trailer



A Morrisville man was has been charged for a substance fueled attack on a woman’s trailer, Falls T0wnship Police allege.
Michael Blair Jr, 32, Police say kicked holes in wooden fence last week in the Morrisville section of the township.
Police responded to a suspicious person call a little after 1 am last week on the 9900 block of Lindley Drive, court records show. Upon arriving authorities found Blair “banging”and “kicking” a wooden fence.
Police were able to identify Blair from a previous contact with police, the criminal complaint says but does not specify what the contact was for.
Blair, police say, during the incident kicked five holes damaging the wooden gate. Police ordered the man to go back into his residence, and not to come out while they interviewed the victim.
According to the victim, she was abruptly awakened Blair banging on the side of her trailer, within the fence line, with his body off the side of the trailer, and kicking it. The victim told police Blair went outside the fence line and kicked holes into the fence and also kicked the trailer several additional times.
Police photographed the damages court records show.
Police say they suspected Blair was under the influence of a controlled substance because his pupils were pinned and he was sweating profusely, the criminal complaint said.
Blair was charged with prowling, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and one related summary offense and is scheduled to answer to his charges on July 7 in District Court.
