Cops: New Jersey Man Pulls Knife, says ‘I Will Kill You Mother F**ker’

A New Jersey man who threatened two men with a knife at a local hotel was jailed late Wednesday night charged with aggravated assault and related offenses.

According to Falls Township Police, Pablo Saez 28 of Clifton, New Jersey, threatened two men, who happened to be friends with a hunting knife because he believed they had call police on him for an unspecified reason.

The incident, which took place at the Red Roof Inn hotel, just after 7:30 p.m. when Saez, according to court documents, started to scream at one of the men as he drove by the suspect in the hotel parking lot. The man told police, Saez, as he parked his vehicle, screamed, “are you the mother f**ker that called the cops on me?” The first victim said “no” and began to walk to his room.

Saez pursued the man, who called for his co-worker to come outside

As the first man was reaching his  room, according to the criminal complaint, he heard Saez yell at the second , “you want something?” and proceeded to follow the hotel employee, to attack him.

Saez was knocked to the ground by the victim and as he laid on the ground, he screamed “do you this motherfucker in my hand” as he brandished a black knife.

The first man in the incident pinned the suspects arm to the ground and took the knife out of the suspects hand, both victims told police.

“I am going to f**king kill you” Saez screamed while the men held him on the ground, according to the criminal complaint.

The men let Saez up after he complained he could not breathe. As soon he was let go, the suspect jumped up and attacked, punching one of the men in the face. As he walked away the suspect is alleged to have screamed at the men “you want some more?”

Both men told police they believed Saez was going to his room to get a second weapon, court records show.

Saez was arraigned by on-call District Judge Regina Armitage who set his bail at 10 percent of $100,000.00 on charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, terroristic threats and a related summary offense.

Saez is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing on November 23 in Falls Township District Court.
