Cops: Suspect Tells Woman he’ll “Murder” Her Showing a Gun in Recorded Altercation

A Levittown man was charged with reckless endangerment, assault, harassment, terroristic threats and related offenses for threatening to “murder” a Falls Township woman while brandishing handgun, last week. 

Christian Kuhn, 23 was released on  bail but his handgun confiscated by authorities connected to assault complaint made on July 2. 

Falls Police say a woman reported Kuhn had threatened her earlier in the day and while he was returning to his vehicle he continued the barrage of verbal violence. 

The victim told Kuhn she was video  recording him.  Kuhn then pulled out a black handgun telling the her would murder her fleeing the area shortly thereafter police said. 

Falls authorities  watched the video and observed what appeared to be Mr. Kuhn in possession of a black handgun.  

Falls Police obtained an arrest warrant at midnight and Kuhn was located at his home at 2 a.m and taken into police custody. 

He was arraigned before Judge Douple and sent to Bucks County Prison on 10%of  $25,000 posting bond shortly thereafter, according to online court records. 

A search warrant for the apartment was executed and the handgun was recovered by police. 

Kuhn is temporarily scheduled to appear on August 18 for a preliminary hearing to answer to his charges.
