A New Jersey man wanted for a June 26 homicide in Trenton, New Jersey is in custody at Bucks County Correctional Facility awaiting an extradition hearing after Falls Township Police took his independence away Friday morning charging him as a fugitive from justice.
Trevon Manning was wanted by New Jersey detectives in connection to the June 26 shooting that occurred on the 100 block of Passaic Street last month in which one person was killed and three others injured.
According to Falls authorities, at approximately 5:52 a.m., Friday morning police responded to the Wawa located in the Morrisville section of Falls Township, 545 West Trenton Ave. to assist New Jersey authorities.
Bucks County Radio advised New Jersey detectives, were trailing a Chevy Equinox boarding a wanted subject for homicide, according to the probable cause.
Falls Twp Police arrived on scene making contact with the passenger, Trevon Manning, who had an active arrest warrant out of New Jersey for homicide, said Lt Chris Clark.
Manning, according to Peterson’s Breaking News of Trenton had a warrant for his arrest filed by New Jersey authorities on Thursday.
