Update: Friday Jan. 2 2026 10:00 a.m.
With the assistance of the Bucks County South SWAT Team, Zacchaeus Williams, 21 of Morrisville was taken into custody without incident at approximately 9:00 p.m. Thursday night, in the parking lot of Alexandria Apartments. Judge Wertman preliminarily arraigned him at 2:00 a.m., and remanded him to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $500,000.00 bail, said Lieutenant Christopher Clark of the Falls Township Police Department.
A preliminary hearing for Williams is scheduled for January 14, 2026 before Judge John Galloway on felonies of aggravated assault causing injury charges and lesser related charges. He has no attorney of record, according to online court records.
The shooting took place outside the OMG Seafood and Chicken business in the Pennsbury Plaza Shopping Center on New Year’s Eve.
It was common practice for the victim to ask the person in front of him at a restaurant or fast food business what they had ordered and he would then order the same meal. As Williams walked out and the victim was walking into the establishment, the victim turned around to ask Williams what he ordered. The victim said, “Ay yo,”. Williams then turned around and shot the victim in the leg, according to witnesses.
