Andre Gordon Jr. made a video appearance in a Trenton courtroom Wednesday morning to answer New Jersey charges following the Saturday, March 16 crime spree in Falls Township, PA in which he allegedly murdered three people, and committed a carjacking.
Gordon is accused of the fatal shootings of his step-mother, younger sister, and the mother of his child in Falls Township PA, on March 16, 2024, during a violent rampage which included Falls Twp authorities implementing a shelter in place for approximately three hours. After the shootings, he fled to Trenton, New Jersey, where he surrendered to police apprixumately six hours later.
He is charged in New Jersey with carjacking and weapons related offenses.
Gordon did not enter a plea and waived his right to contest pretrial detention, according to various media reports.
Superior Court Judge Robert W. Bingham II ruled that Gordon will remain in custody until his trial and scheduled an extradition hearing for April 3. Gordon’s public defender, Nicole Carlo, said he will consent to extradition to Pennsylvania to face charges in Bucks County, according to an NBC 10 Philadelphia report.
