Falls Township Man Charged with Raping Three Children
A Man from the Morrisville section of Falls Township has charged with the raping two boys and a girl ages all under the age of nine at the time of the harm investigators say.
Lens Nettie, 22, is charged with rape of a child, aggravated indecent assault against a victim less than 13 years old and indecent assault, according to court documents.

County Children and Youth officials alleged three victims had been sexually assaulted by Etienne approximately two years ago.
In July of this year investigators spoke with the three children, who repeated the claims made by CYS, that they were sexually assaulted at least once by Etienne.
One of the victims said he’d seen Etienne assault the other two, police say in court record.
The assaults happened at an apartment in the Morrisville section of Falls, police said.
Etienne is being held in custody at Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10 percent of $200,000 bail.
He is scheduled for a preliminary hearing in Falls Township District Court on January 28.
He faces 12 felony charges in total court records show.
