Falls Township’s 2025 Touch a Truck Raises $26K for Charity

Two nonprofit organizations received $13,000 each in contributions from Falls Township’s annual Touch a Truck event on Saturday. 

Falls Township-based The Goofy Gators, which is focused on autism support for local families; and Pennsbury School District’s Parent Teacher Organization were this year’s benefactors.

Several thousand families attended the popular annual event, which featured dozens of trucks, large machinery, and a variety of fun activities.

Spearheaded by Falls Township Supervisor Jeff Boraski, Touch a Truck offers a unique opportunity for children to explore various vehicles, including first response, construction, electrical, farming, manufacturing and more. Since the fundraising event began in 2017, sponsors have contributed $144,220 which Falls Township donated to various charities.

Touch a Truck featured fire and emergency service vehicles, a school bus, and Falls Township mowers and trucks. KPK Development Co. was the presenting sponsor. Event sponsors who brought trucks include, Waste Management, J.G. Crozier Contractors, Inc., IBEW Local 269, Speedway Towing and Repair, LLC, Shades of Green, Inc., Premium Excavating, LLC, Armour & Sons Electric, Inc., Grace Construction Management Co., Family Fuel Bucks County, Carr & Duff, Inc., Fred Beans Ford of Doylestown, Britton Industries, Inc., S.K.D. Tryon’s Emergency Vehicle Upfitting Center, Just Stumps, redbox + Dumpsters of Bucks County, Thor HVAC, and We Buy Any House Fast. Clarke Gallagher Barbiero Amuso & Glassman Law, Jones Engineering Associates, Remington & Vernick Engineers, Inc., Bayard Pump & Tank Co., Inc., U.S. Municipal and ABA Centers of Pennsylvania also sponsored the event.
