Man Wanted for Murder in Trenton Captured by Eagle Eyed Falls Police Sgt

A Falls Township’s Police Sargeant’s ever watchful eyes led to the capture of a man wanted for murder in New Jersey last week.

David Holland 30 was apprehended by Police Sergeant Ray Fanelli in the early morning hours of December 9th, as he pulled into the parking lot of the 7-Eleven, 8019 Mill Creek Road.

Fanelli researched a temporary registration plate on a car being driven by Holland and learned of the warrant.

Patrol then set up surveillance and apprehending Holland as he pulled into the Levittown area parking lot.

He was  arraigned before Judge Daniel Finello and remanded to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $100,000.00 bail, court records show.

Details of the homicide charge against Holland were not available Monday morning as Trenton Prosecutors did not respond to requests for additional information.

Holland is awaiting extradition back to New Jersey currently.
