An alleged child predator was taken into custody Tuesday morning by local and federal authorities in the Levittown section of Falls Township.
On Tuesday morning at 11:00 a.m., members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force and Falls Township detectives arrested 38-year-old Jose Elias Coto Flores in the 400 block of Thornridge Drive in Levittown.
Flores was wanted for statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and related offenses.
It is alleged that Flores sexually assaulted a child in December of 2024 and April of 2025, authorities said.
A warrant was issued July 20th for Flores. The Marshals Task Force in Philadelphia was asked to assist Falls Twp detectives with Flores’ apprehension.
The alleged child predator was arrested without incident at his residence and processed by Falls Twp. Police.
Supervisory Deputy Robert Clark said, “Strong partnerships lead to successful arrests. We are proud to support our Bucks County Law enforcement partners in bringing a sex offender to justice.”
He was remanded to BCP by Judge Galloway with no monetary bail provided, said Lt. Chris Clark.
