The Falls Township Police Department held its coffee with the community event on Friday.
Attending the function were Ofc. Basilio DeJesus (DJ), Lt. Chris Clark, Chief 0f Policer Nelson Whitney, Cpl. David Aherns, Bucks County Co-Responder Cara Gadzinski and Ofc. Dan Matkowski.
Lower Bucks Source’s Joanne Ames, a Falls resident herself ,was also on hand. Here are some of the moments she captured at the engagement of the community with “java” event.
“We would like to thank Giant Food Store, Fairless Hills, for hosting Friday’s Coffee with a Cop Event, and for their extremely generous donation of hundreds of dollars of gift cards to be used when supporting people and families facing food insecurity. It was truly great to wrap up the week talking with so many residents and shoppers wh shared a concern, story or some encouraging words!,” said Whitney after the community get together.
