Police Chase Ends with Crash, Vehicle in Ditch, One Man Charged by Falls

A Montgomery County man has been charged by Falls Township Police for felony fleeing and eluding and related offenses when a hot pursuit of the suspect ended with a “boom” one witness said in Fallsington on Saturday.

Francis Eluwa, 28 of Glenside, has been charged with fleeing, reckless endangerment, DUI and related offenses for his attempt to speed away from Falls Twp. Police

According to a witness at the end point of the chase, who said,  I didn’t know it happened until I heard the boom….. then there were loads of police on the scene on Lower Morrisville Road, he said.

The suspect thought he was going to lose the cops by turning into a hidden road that cops pulled 30 trees of weeds out of years ago in the area of Garret Liners and Safety Covers, he said.

Now there’s concrete bunkers. he saw those, and tried to re-correct onto the road but another vehicle was there, so he hit him head on, the witness said.

Eluwa,was arraigned by On-Call Judge Kevin P. Wagner, at midnight Sunday and sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of 10 percent of $250,000.00.
