Motor Vehicle Theft – 1100 block of Evergreen Rd. reported at 9:05 p.m.. Complainant reported theft of their 2009 Toyota Camry from the front of the residence. The vehicle was later recovered on a front lawn on the same block at 12:04 a.m., with damage observed to a fence and tree.

Credit Card Fraud – 500 block of S. Dove Rd. reported at 4:26 p.m. Complainant reported unauthorized use of their credit card in the amount of approximately $1,000.00.
False ID to Law Enforcement – Unit block of Oxford Valley Rd. at Sunoco gas station reported at 9:35 p.m. Police on patrol observed a vehicle in the parking lot with no inspection stickers and a missing driver’s side mirror. The driver provided false identification information to the police, including a fake name and social security number. The 40 year old male from Bristol was detained and eventually provided his true identity. A records check revealed he was driving with a suspended registration and license. He was taken into police custody and charged with False ID to Law Enforcement and other traffic offenses.
Disorderly Conduct – 200 block of Oxford Valley Rd. reported at 11:11 p.m. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. During the interaction, the odor of marijuana was detected coming from within the vehicle. The passenger admitted to smoking marijuana. The 31 year old female passenger from Morrisville, PA was cited for Disorderly Conduct.

Terroristic Threats Arreset – 1700 block of Janney Ln. reported at 8:20 a.m. Police responded to the report of a subject armed with pruning shears at the location making threats to a neighbor. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 45 year old female from LMT for Terroristic Threats, Harassment, and Disorderly Conduct. She was arraigned by Judge Armitage and sent to BCCF on $25,000/10% bail.

Motor Vehicle Theft – 900 block of Hunt Dr. reported at 3:58 a.m. Police responded to the report of a vehicle theft in progress. The victim reported their green 2026 Dodge Ram was stolen out of their driveway by an unknown male. While enroute to the area, officers observed the stolen pickup truck traveling southbound on Heacock Rd. Police attempted to perform a traffic stop on the vehicle, but the vehicle fled at a high rate of speed. Upon meeting the victim, police observed an unoccupied, but running, black Hyundai in the vicinity. A records check revealed that vehicle was reported stolen out of Middletown Township. Later in the day, LMT police were contacted by the New Jersey State Police, who located the stolen Dodge. They advised the vehicle was used to commit several crimes in their jurisdiction and possibly contained a stolen handgun. Investigation ongoing.

Retail Theft – 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Shop Rite reported at 1:49 p.m. Loss Prevention reported a known female entered the store and removed $37.00 worth of salmon without paying. A summons to be issued for the 42 year old female from Trenton, NJ for Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property.
DUI Arrest – Pine Grove Rd. & Big Oak Rd. reported at 2:47 p.m. While assisting a disabled motorist, police were approached by a known female who was acting erratic and smelled of alcohol. Police observed the female enter her vehicle and proceed to drive away erratically. Police attempted to conduct a traffic stop, but the driver failed to stop or yield. The driver sped away, lost control, and slammed into a mailbox. At this point, the 38 year old female driver from LMT was taken into police custody for Driving Under the Influence.

Credit Card Fraud – 2000 block of E. Wellington Rd. reported at 10:00AM. Complainant reported unauthorized use of their credit card in the amount of $718.07.

Credit Card Fraud:
1600 block of Covington Rd. reported at 10:19 a.m. Complainant reported unauthorized use of their credit card in the amount of $394.92.
Unit block of Maplevale Dr. reported at 2:00 p.m. Complainant reported unauthorized use of their food stamp card in the amount of $295.00.
Identity Theft– Unit block of Oak Ave. reported at 10:37 a.m. Complainant reported unknown person(s) used their information to open an AT&T account.

DUI Arrest – Big Oak Rd. & Oxford Valley Rd. reported at 3:15 p.m. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 33 year old male driver from Riverside, NJ for Driving Under the Influence. He was taken into police custody.
Attempted Theft From Vehicle:
12000 block of Cornerstone Dr. reported at 10:29 a.m. Complainant reported sometime Friday night-Saturday morning, unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and rummaged through it. Investigation ongoing.
