Lower Makefield Township Police Reports – March 27 2026 – April 9 2026
4/9/26
Theft – 300 block of Dunhill Way reported at 10:50 a.m. Complainant reported purchasing baseball cards on eBay in the amount of $12,852.50. When the package arrived, the box was empty. Investigation ongoing.
Drug Violation – 1500 block of Derbyshire Rd. at William Penn Middle School reported at 1:50 p.m. Police arrived at William Penn Middle School and were alerted to students who ingested gummies, possibly containing THC. The students did not overdose but appeared to be under the influence. The origin of the gummies remains under investigation.
Retail Theft – 900 block of Vansant Dr. at Wegmans reported at 1:56 p.m. Police responded to the report of a retail theft in progress. Loss Prevention reported an unknown male removed $68.28 worth of hot chicken wings without paying. When police approached the male, he fled on foot and a foot pursuit ensued. The 28 year old male from Trenton, NJ was apprehended and taken into police custody. He was charged with Retail Theft, Receiving Stolen Property, Resisting Arrest, and False ID to Law Enforcement. He was arraigned by Judge Kronnagel and sent to BCCF in lieu of $75,000/10% bail. A records check revealed he had a felony warrant out of NJ.
Identity Theft – 1100 block of Quarry Commons Dr. reported at 3:30 p.m. Complainant reported receiving a bill from T-Mobile in the amount of $1,311.38 despite never using their services.

Fraud – Unit block of W. Crown Ter. reported at 3:30 p.m. Complainant reported a fraudulent incident involving a Trading Card purchase via Instagram. The complainant made an agreement to purchase trading cards for $2,000.00. They sent three transactions via Venmo, however, after the transactions, the seller eventually ceased contact. Investigation ongoing.
Soliciting Without Permit – 600 block of Springdale Ter. reported at 8:38 p.m. Complainant reported solicitors for AT&T soliciting without permits. They were advised to cease soliciting until permits were obtained.

Wanted Person – Oxford Valley Rd. & Rt. 1 reported at 11:00 a.m. Police on patrol received an LPR hit on a vehicle in the area. A traffic stop was conducted due to the vehicle’s registration being suspended for insurance cancellation and expired in July 2025. A records check revealed the driver, a 45 year old female from was found to have an outstanding warrant from the Bucks Sheriff’s Office and another from Springfield Township, Montgomery County for forgery. She was taken into police custody.

Credit Card Fraud – 400 block of Franklin Cir. reported at 9:15 a.m. Complainant reported unauthorized use of their deceased family member’s credit card. Investigation ongoing.

Identity Theft – Unit block of Griffin Way reported at 1:48 p.m. Complainant reported they were a victim of a suspected scam through their Xfinity app. They provided personal identifying information. No reported loss at this time.

Receiving Stolen Property Arrest – Rt. 1 & Oxford Valley Rd. reported at 2:36 a.m. Police received an LPR hit for a stolen vehicle at the location. Police initiated a felony car stop on the vehicle. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 32 year old male driver from Bensalem, PA for Receiving Stolen Property. He was taken into police custody, arraigned by Judge Gambardella, and sent to BCCF in lieu of $150,000/10% bail.

Disorderly Conduct – Rt. 332 & I-295 reported at 4:09 p.m. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the discovery of a small amount of marijuana. The 28 year old male driver from Bristol, PA was cited for Disorderly Conduct.

Identity Theft – 1500 block of Silo Rd. reported at 6:45 p.m. Complainant reported unknown person(s) used their information to open a Verizon account.
3/30/26
Retail Theft – 1600 block of Big Oak Rd. at Kohl’s reported at 12:13 p.m. Loss Prevention reported on 3/27, an unknown female entered the store and removed $310.85 worth of merchandise without paying. Investigation ongoing.
Theft From Vehicle – 2300 block of Sterling Rd. reported at 4:41 p.m. Complainant reported sometime between 3/28 – 3/30, unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and removed $5.

Drug Arrest – W. Trenton Ave. & Pine Grove Rd. reported at 2:24 a.m. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the discovery of 80 packets of heroin and 32 grams of marijuana. The 24 year old male driver from Morrisville, PA was taken into police custody. He was charged with Possession of Heroin & Marijuana, Possession with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Fleeing/Eluding Police, and Driving with a Suspended License.
Disorderly Conduct – W. Trenton Ave. & Pine Grove Rd. reported at 1:24 a.m.. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to discovery of a small amount of marijuana. The 25 year old female from Langhorne, PA was cited for Disorderly Conduct.
Attempted Theft From Vehicle – 3400 block of Sterling Rd. reported at 9:23 a.m. Complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered the vehicle and rummaged through it. Nothing reported missing at this time.
Receiving Stolen Property Arrest – 500 block of Grange Dr. reported at 7:49 p.m. Police received an LPR hit for a vehicle in the area. While patrolling the Pricket Preserve, police located the vehicle and conducted a Felony car stop. The driver, a 47 year old male from Silver Spring, MD, was detained and consented to a search of his person and vehicle. A search of the vehicle revealed an additional stolen license plate. He was taken into police custody. He was charged with Receiving Stolen Property, Improper Sunscreening, Driving with a Suspended License, and Unregistered Vehicle.
3/28/26
Identity Theft – 300 block of Sherwood Dr. reported at 7:55 p.m. Complainant reported unknown person(s) had been opened several credit cards in their name. After closing or freezing all compromised accounts and opening new ones, they observed newly attempted fraudulent purchases to the new cards and accounts.
Theft – 1900 block of Polo Run Dr. reported at 6:39 p.m. Police received an LPR hit on a vehicle for a stolen registration. A traffic stop was conducted, and it was determined that the driver was unaware that their license plate was stolen and replaced with a stolen one.
Receiving Stolen Property Arrest – Oxford Valley Rd. & Rt. 1 reported at 9:53 p.m. Police received an LPR hit for a stolen Nissan Sentra in the area. Police attempted to stop the vehicle, and it disregarded two red traffic signals and eventually lost control, striking a curb. The driver and a passenger, both male juveniles, fled on foot. After a brief foot chase, they were taken into police custody and transported to Headquarters for processing.

Criminal Mischief – 1500 block of Esther Ln. reported at 3:29 p.m. Complainant reported unknown person(s) egged their residence and threw bananas in their yard.
