Lower Makefield Township Police Reports – Nov 21 2025 – Dec 4 2025

 

12/4/2025
Weapons Arrest – 900 block of Vansant Dr. at Wegmans reported at 2:50 p.m. Police received information that a vehicle wanted in relation to a recent shooting in Bristol Township was in the area of Rt. 332 & Stony Hill Rd. Police patrolled the Prickett Preserve shopping center and located the vehicle in the Wegman’s parking lot. Officers located a male and female in the store. A firearm was recovered on the female. They were taken into police custody. The male was turned over to Bristol Township Police for questioning. The 18 year old female from Bristol, PA was charged with False Identification to Law Enforcement and Weapons offenses. She was arraigned by District Justice Marriott and sent to BCCF in lieu of $60,000/10% bail.

Retail Theft – 500 block of W. Trenton Ave. at CVS reported at 4:10 p.m. Employee reported an unknown male and female entered the store and removed $837.82 worth of merchandise without paying. Investigation ongoing.

Disorderly Conduct– 2800 block of Brookhaven Dr. reported at 8:16 a.m. Complainant reported unwanted behavior by a known person where there is a no contact order in place. The 68 year old female from LMT was summonsed for Disorderly Conduct and Harassment.

Burglary – 1400 block of Scarlet Oak Rd. reported at 3:03 p.m. Complainant reported their deceased mother’s residence was ransacked and jewelry and a handgun are missing. Investigation ongoing.

Fraud – 1100 block of Randolph Dr. reported at 4:00 p.m. Complainant reported hiring and paying a contractor a deposit for work on 10/21. The contractor did not show up and contact has ceased. A records check revealed he was previously arrested for a similar incident. A warrant was issued for the 52 year old male from Morrisville, PA.

Fraud – 1500 block of Clark Dr. reported at 8:07 p.m. Complainant reported receiving a call from someone claiming to be from the Bucks County Sheriff’s Office who had a warrant for their arrest. Victim sent $700 in Bitcoin to resolve the alleged warrant.

Fraud – Unit block of Orchard Way reported at 1:23 p.m. Complainant reported hiring a mold remediation company who did not remove the mold, installed a product that was not agreed upon, and did not provide pictures as stated in the contract.

12/1/2025
Theft – 200 block of Rock Run Rd. reported at 9:51 a.m. Complainant reported making a purchase through a wholesaler in the amount of $3,134.00. They never received the products and the wholesaler ceased communication.

Credit Card Fraud – 2000 block of E. Wellington Rd. reported at 2:03 p.m. Complainant reported unauthorized use of their credit card in the amount of $950.00.

Wanted Person – 1000 block of S. Kimbles Rd. reported at 3:01 p.m. Police responded to the report of a suspicious person. A records check revealed the 36 year old male was wanted out of Allegheny County for Failure to Appear. He was taken into police custody.

Theft – 1700 block of Mulberry Way reported at 7:00 p.m. Complainant reported falling victim to a gift card scam and sending $1,500 to an unknown person(s).

11/27/2025
Criminal Mischief – 200 block of Cinnabar Ln. reported at 9:29 p.m. Complainant reported unknown person kicked their front door, causing damage. Incident captured on surveillance. Investigation ongoing.

11/26/2025
Theft – 800 block of Big Oak Rd. at Charles Boehm Middle School reported at 7:58 a.m. Complainant reported unknown person(s) stole their child’s Trek bicycle. Incident captured on surveillance. Investigation ongoing.

Theft – 1400 block of Oxford Valley Rd. at Yardley Rehabilitation and Healthcare reported at 3:42 p.m. Complainant reported father was given two blank checks. Checks are now missing and $4,000 has been withdrawn from the account.

Theft  – 900 block of Sandy Run Rd. reported at 5:56 p.m. Complainant reported theft of several music video props.

Fraud – Unit block of Sutphin Pines reported at 11:54 a.m. Complainant reported being contacted by unknown person(s) stating they accidentally deposited money into their account and requested it to be returned. Complainant contacted their broker and was advised this was a scam.

11/25/2025
Identity Theft – 500 block of Gordon Dr. reported at 12:25 p.m. Complainant reported unknown person(s) hacked into their social media profiles and sent extortion messages to others.

Identity Theft – 300 block of N. Fieldstone Ct. reported at 12:30 p.m. Complainant reported unknown person(s) applied for a loan in their name.

11/22/2025
Accident & DUI Arrest – 900 block of Vansant Dr. at Wegmans reported at 7:38 p.m. Police responded to the report of a two-vehicle accident at the location. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 69 year old female driver from LMT for Driving Under the Influence. She was taken into police custody.
