Criminal Trespass – 1000 block of Buckingham Way reported at 10:45 a.m.. Complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered the residence through an unlocked front door and removed $250 Euros and $150 USD from wallets.
Receiving Stolen Property Arrest – Rt. 1 & Oxford Valley Rd. reported at 8:55 p.m. Police received a hit for a stolen U-Haul at the location. A felony car stop was conducted and the 32 year old male from Atlanta, GA was taken into police custody. He was charged with Receiving Stolen Property & Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. He was arraigned by District Justice Wagner and sent to BCCF in lieu of $75,000/10% bail.

Criminal Mischief – 700 block of Sandy Run Rd. reported at 11:24 a,m. Complainant reported, unknown person(s) struck their mailbox and damaged it.
Forgery – 3400 block of Sterling Rd. reported at 1:01 p.m. Complainant reported unknown person(s) intercepted a check and altered it. Total loss $3,500.
Theft – 1300 block of Heller Dr. reported at 6:51 p.m. Complainant reported theft of two Louis Vuitton bags from the residence sometime between March-September.

Motor Vehicle Theft – 12000 block of Cornerstone Dr. reported at 3:49 a.m. Complainant reported unknown person(s) stole their 2023 GMC Sierra rom their driveway and they were actively tracking it to the Wawa on W. Trenton Ave. in Falls Township. Upon police arrival, one suspect fled on foot and another suspect fled in the stolen vehicle. Police pursued the vehicle, where it entered into Trenton, NJ and the pursuit was called off. Morrisville Police located the juvenile male suspect who fled on foot and took him into custody. Trenton Police located the vehicle on Ward Ave. and it was missing the license plate. The vehicle was recovered by Trenton Police. Investigation ongoing.
Stolen Vehicle Recovered – 12000 block of Cornerstone Dr. reported at 4:26 a.m. While investigating the above vehicle theft, police located a 2020 Hyundai Tucson stolen out of Trenton, NJ. Vehicle was recovered by LMT Police.
Theft from Vehicle – 12000 block of Cornerstone Dr. reported at 8:53 a.m. Complainant reported theft of 2 one-hundred dollar bills from the vehicle sometime overnight. The juvenile male arrested for the vehicle theft was found to be in possession of 2 one-hundred dollar bills.
Criminal Mischief – 900 block of Sandy Run Rd. reported at 10:08 a.m. Complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) struck their mailbox and damaged it. Approximate value $350.

Soliciting Without Permit – 1900 block of Sylvan Ter. reported at 12:43 p.m. Complainant reported solicitors for Victory Home Remodeling soliciting without a permit. They were advised to cease soliciting until a permit was obtained.
