Lower Makefield Twp. Police Reports – Sept 25 2025 – Oct 2 2025

Identity Theft – 700 block of Oxford Valley Rd. reported at 2:00pm. Complainant reported receiving a call from Citi Bank stating a credit card was opened in their name and the card was used to purchase multiple firearm parts.
Harassment & Disorderly Conduct – Unit block of Delaware Rim Dr. reported at 12:47pm. Complainant reported disorderly person at the location screaming, cursing and causing a disturbance. The 38 year old female from LMT to be summonsed for Harassment & Disorderly Conduct.
Wanted Person – Rt. 1 & Oxford Valley Rd. reported at 9:47pm. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. A records check revealed the 30 year old male driver from Philadelphia, PA was wanted by Bucks County Adult Probation. He was taken into police custody.
Accident & DUI Arrest – 1700 block of Dobry Rd. reported at 9:56 pm. Police responded to the report of a vehicle that struck a parked vehicle. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 62 year old female driver from LMT for Driving Under the Influence.
Criminal Mischief – 300 block of Sherwood Dr. reported at 7:57pm. Complainant reported unknown person(s) smashed the rear window of their vehicle.
9/30/2025
Drug Arrest – Big Oak Rd. & Makefield Rd. reported at 1:11PM. Police on patrol stopped a vehicle for violations. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 49 year old male passenger from Levittown, PA for Possession of Cocaine and Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was taken into police custody. 500 block of W. Trenton Ave. reported at 5:41pm.
Drug Arrest – Police responded to the report of a loose dog in the area that appeared to have its leash stuck in a vehicle door. Further investigation led to the arrest of the 38 year old female driver from Raleigh, NC for Possession of Heroin, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and False ID to Law Enforcement.
Fleeing & Eluding – Oxford Valley Rd. & Willow Pond Dr. reported at 9:35am. Police on patrol observed a vehicle driving recklessly. Police attempted to stop the vehicle, but it continued to drive recklessly, eventually causing an accident in Newtown Township. Newtown Township Police took custody of the 22 year old male from Morrisville, PA.
Harassment – 2100 block of Graystone Ln. reported at 6:12pm. Complainant reported juvenile being harassed by a neighbor. Witnesses corroborated the harassment. The 48 year old female from LMT was cited for Harassment.
Theft – 500 block of Heacock Rd. reported at 6:57pm. Complainant reported theft of Mt. Fury mountain bike from their porch sometime between 9/27 – 9/30.
Retail Theft – 500 block W. Trenton Ave. at CVS reported at 7:25pm. Manager reported two unknown males entered the store and removed $948.52 worth of merchandise without paying.

Motor Vehicle Theft – Unit block of Sutphin Pines reported at 8:23am. Complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) stole the unlocked 2016 BMW 550i using the keys left inside. The vehicle was later recovered in Trenton, NJ. Their second unlocked vehicle was entered, but nothing reported missing at this time.
Theft from Vehicle – 300 block of W. Ferry Rd. reported at 11:53am. Complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicles and removed a Sig Sauer P365 firearm.
Attempted Theft from Vehicle – Unit block of Sutphin Pines reported at 2:09pm. Complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and rummaged through it. Nothing reported missing at this time.
9/26/2025
Theft from Vehicle – 1100 block of Kenneth Ln. reported at 11:19am. Complainant reported sometime overnight, unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and removed $100 USC.
Retail Theft – 900 block of Vansant Dr. at Wegmans reported at 2:51pm. Loss Prevention reported that on 9/24, an unidentified male and female entered the store and removed $203.46 worth of Olaplex shampoo without paying. Investigation ongoing.

Identity Theft – 1000 block of Randolph Dr. reported at 7:30am. Complainant reported receiving alerts that credit card accounts were opened in their name.
