Upskirting is the act of taking a non-consensual photograph or video up someone’s skirt or other clothing, often to view their genitals or buttocks is considered a form of sexual harassment often intended to cause humiliation, distress, or alarm, authorities say.
There isn’t descriptor for what a just turned a 27-year-old Langhorne man is accused of doing in the men’s bathroom of Plante Fitness earlier this month, but upskirting seems to fit for the moment,
Nicholas George Brown-Difalco, who just turned 27 late last month, was arraigned by on-call Magisterial District Judge Corryn L. Kronnagel on a felony count of knowingly photographing/filming/depicturing on computer sex act with a misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest. Bail was set at $50,000.00. Unable to post 10%, He was remanded to Bucks County Correctional Facility and released the next day when he posted required bail
On Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at 4:45 p,m., Middletown Township Police responded to the parking lot of Planet Fitness, 1405 East Lincoln Highway, in Langhoer for the report of a subject allegedly taking pictures of boys in the men’s bathroom.
Upon arrival, police met with the complainant, an off-duty police Sergeant, who stated that he observed victim number 1, argutolding with Brown-Difalco, 27 in the gyms parking lot
The off- duty police Sgt. told responding officer’s victim 1 accused Brown-Difalco was taking pictures of him in a stall in the men’s rest room. The responding officer spoke with Brown-Difalco who stated that he had recently turned gay and was curious to see what other men’s genitals looked like, according to the probable cause.
Brown-Difalco allegedly admitted he had taken pictures of the victim’s penis but had deleted them from his phone.
The victim told police he was in the bathroom stall and observed Brown-Difalco using the flash on his phone under the stall to take a photo of his genitals, police wrote in court papers.
According to police Brown-Difalco struggled and resisted arrest as officers attempted to place him into custody. He was placed in handcuffs which were checked for tightness before being double locked and placed in the rear of at patrol vehicle.
Brown-Difalco was arraigned by on-call Magisterial District Judge Corryn L. Kronnagel on a felony charge of knowingly photograph/film/depicts on computer sex act with a misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest. Bail was set at $50,000.00.
He spent approximately one day in custody before posting bail.
Brown-Difalco is scheduled to appear before Judge Charles D. Jonas at a preliminary hearing on December 11. Brown-Difalco will be represented Ethan William Paraboschi, Esq of Young, Marr, Mallis & Associates, in Bensalem.
