A Langhorne Man was arrested and charged on Saturday by authorities with one felony count of child pornography and criminal use of a communication facility. He was released on unsecured bail.
According to the probable cause, Homeland Security Investigators (HSI) received a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) alleging a username chilipig** uploaded six pornographic videos and or images to a Snapchat server employing a Comcast IP address.
On January 6, 2022, HSI received a second tip from NCMEC alleging a Dropbox user uploaded 67 pornographic images, videos to that server, investigators wrote in court records. Dropbox provided the suspected screen name user info of David J, with an associated e-mail address of chilipig**@*****
Video from the Cybertip, police say, contained: Two prepubescent females, a pubescent female, and a prepubescent male lying on a bed nude, genitalia exposed and engaged in oral sex with one another. Another video contains a prepubescent female with her hand(s) on the male’s penis, with the male then placing his hand in her underwear, rubbing her vagina.
The Google subscriber information associated with the Cybertip and information from the account came back to the 300 block of Mallard Lane, Langhorne. A driver’s license search revealed the person residing at that address is that of 23-year-old David Jarosz.
On April 20, 2022, The Bucks County DA’s office received another Cybertip alleging the user uploaded child pornographic image to the Discord server. The IP address matched that of those coming from the Mallard Lane address with a second report of video and images uploaded to the same Dropbox account and street address as previously noted, authorities note in court papers.
Two video clips were uploaded and depict a prepubescent female nude from the bottom inserting a dog’s penis inside of her. The second clip contains an adult male having intercourse from behind with a female child, coming from the same IP and street address, the criminal complaint alleges.
On April 27, 2022, a search warrant was executed at the Mallard Street home and subsequently interviewed with suspect Jarosz. The Langhorne Man admitted to viewing the child pornography and confirmed that the username used in the Cybertips was in fact his. Prior to the execution of the search warrant, Jarosz told one of the investigators, allegedly, he began deleting files because he ‘had a feeling this would happen. ‘
Multiple electronic devices were seized and analyzed by investigators His Preliminary Hearing is set for February 8th in front of District Judge Charles D. Jonas. Jarosz was released on unsecured bail. His attorney of record is listed as John J. Fioravanti Jr., Esq, Doylestown.
