A Levittown man with a history of exposing himself in public is in trouble again.
Paul Williams, 31, was arrested and jailed last Wednesday on a felony count of institutional vandalism, three misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct- open lewdness and three counts of misdemeanor open lewdness.
On Wednesday, March 12th, 2025 at 2:17 p.m., Middletown Twp. Police were dispatched to the JC Penney Store located at 2300 East Lincoln Highway, Langhorne for a disorderly subject. Three separate witnesses reported seeing a male masturbating over his pants in front of the women’s restroom at the retail outlet. They were able to specifically describe observing his genitalia through his pants, officers wrote in court papers.
Upon arrival of police, Williams fled after witnesses pointed him out, through the parking lot away from police, the probable cause alleges.
Additional police officers were in the area and immediately took Williams into custody and placed him in the rear of Middletown Twp. Police patrol unit.
During transport back to Police Headquarters Williams allegedly began tearing at the headliner and wires in the rear passenger compartment of the vehicle causing extensive damage. Williams refused to identify himself but was identified via facial recognition technology, police said.
According to online court records, the Central Bucks Regional Police Department and Bensalem Police Dept arrested Williams for a indecent exposure incidents in two 2023 separate incidents with unclear outcomes as of publication time.
Williams is currently being housed at Bucks County Correctional Facility with bail set at 10 percent of $100,000.00 with a court date set for later this week.
