“I Should Kill You B***H” as Brother Attacks Sister in Morrisville, Say Cops



A Bristol man was jailed last weekend for robbing, strangling and beating his sister at her Morrisville Borough home..
Morrisville Borough Police were dispatched to the 400 block of North Delmorr Avenue just before 4 am for a domestic disturbance call in the early morning hours of July 1st
While waiting for police to arrive, the victim told 911 dispatch that someone was trying to break in through a bedroom door,. The suspect was later identified as Hubert Brewington, 47. of Bristol.
According to the criminal complaint, the victim told police that her brother pummeled her, causing bleeding on her back, swelling under her her right eye to be swollen had on two separate instances during the incident ripped her cell phone out her hands.
Responding officers noted in the criminal complaint the victim was so terrified she agonized over opening the door whey arrived in of her brother and that she was shirtless when finally responding to police requests to open the door, police wrore in court papers.
The terrified victim told police that earlier in the day she told Brewington not to come back to her Delmorr Ave home.
When he did show at around 3:30 am, she told him to leave. When she tried to call the police he grabbed her cell phone and said “this is my phone now” and if you keep trying to call the police I’m going to beat the f**k out of you, court records show.
The victim managed to get the cell back from him trying to flee the attack and run into her sons room he grabbed her, choked her, saying ” I should kill you B***h”
Allegedly Brewington tackled her to the floor, at one point, as she tried to flee and he said, “b**h you’re ain’t going nowhere.”
During a follow up interview on July 2nd the victim recounted the details of her attack for police. During the interview police again noted the victims injuries plus a fresh red mark on her neck
According to court paperwork, Brewington was taken into custody for “child neglect” before he was formally charged by Morrisville Borough Police for the alleged attack of his sister. No additional information was available at publication time on that court matter.
