Missing Morrisville Councilman’s Vehicle Found

The vehicle of a former Morrisville councilman missing since last week was located Wednesday.

The Chevrolet extra cab pickup truck registered to  David Nay, 55, was found within the area  of Washington Crossing Historic Park, that covers parts of Upper Makefield and Solebury townships, an anonymous source with knowledge of the investigation told Lower Bucks Source late Wednesday evening.

Investigators searched the park area for Nay be he was not found the source said.

Chief of Police, George McClay did not respond to a request for an update Wednesday, as news began to circulate that Nay’s vehicle had been located within the confines of Bucks County.

Nay was last seen on April 29 at about 2 p.m. Nay who did not show up for work last Friday, was reported missing by his mother, police said.

6ABC reported on Tuesday that police said Nay was armed and dealing with mental health issues.

Anyone with information about Nay has been asked to contact police at 215-295-8112.
