Morrisville Borough Police Reports – Sept 16 2025 – Sept 29 2025
Burglary-09/16/25- Burglary occurred between 0830-1500 in the area of 800 Bl. of N. Pennsylvania Ave., the resident wasn’t home at the time of the burglary, multiple items, including jewelry, were stolen.
Theft from Vehicle-09/18/25 @1029- Police were dispatched to the Lincoln Apts. for a theft from a motor vehicle that occurred sometime overnight. The victim stated that an unknown person entered her black Acura and took her wallet.
Aggravated Assault/Simple Assault/Harassment/DOC/Obstruction of Justice-09/19/25 @0954-Jacqueline McDonnell, age 61, had a warrant issued for her arrest following an incident that occurred in the unit block of Lenora Ave.
Poss of Narcotics-09/20/25 @0753-Clifford Rue III, age 31, was arrested today for multiple drug related charges following an incident that occurred in the 400 block of Hillcrest Ave.
Criminal Mischief-09/21/25 @1418- Victims vehicle had both windshields smashed by a rock and 3 of 4 tires slashed. Occurred overnight in the 200 block of Grove St. Estimated damage $600.00.
Simple Assault/Arrest-09/22/25 @1053- A male Juvenile, will have a written allegation filed against him for an incident that occurred at the Morrisville High School.
Theft from Vehicle-09/23/25 @1800- Victim reports that the his firearm was in his center console and the vehicle was ransacked and the firearm was missing. This occurred in the unit block of E. Cleveland Ave.
Arrest/Warrant-09/23/25 @1235-James Reiner, age 41, was taken into custody by Falls Twp. on a warrant out of this department for Simple Assault, Criminal Mischief and other related charges. He was processed and arraigned by Judge Gamberdella at 0200 hrs. He was released on $50,000 unsecured bail.
REAP/Warrant-09/23/25 @0553-Curtis Samhammer, age 42, a warrant will be issued for Recklessly Endangering Another Person after an incident that occurred in the unit block of Maple Ave.
Burglary-09/23/25 @2106-Two males forced entry to a residence and were seen on a RING camera inside the home. They took a bunch of luggage and left in a dark colored Jeep. This incident occurred in the 100 block of Park Ave.
Theft-09/25/25 @1545- Victim reports his work truck had construction tools in the bed that were locked with a cable lock that was cut and stolen overnight. An Asphalt Compactor worth $2,800 was taken. Incident occurred in the 500 block of Doloro Dr.
Theft-09/25/25 @1744-Victim stated she was stocking the store (Dollar Tree) and left her cell phone in a basket inside a cart and when she returned the cell phone was stolen. The phone value is $120.00
Suspicious Persons-09/25/25 @1825- Police were dispatched to Giant Food Store for a report of a black male who was checking door handles in the parking lot. Police surveyed the area and did not locate the male.
Retail Theft/Arrest-09/26/25 @1030-Joseph M. Leaver, age 45, a warrant was issued for retail theft for an incident that occurred at Giant Food Store on 9/25/25. Amount that was stolen $121.65
Retail Theft-09/26/25 @1055-Police were dispatched to Giant Food Store for a retail theft that occurred at 0955 hours. An employee noticed a white male subject concealing merchandise. The subject placed the merchandise in a blue Walmart bag and walked through the self-checkout area. The subject exits the store, passing all points of sale without paying. Amount stolen was $45.96.
Disorderly Conduct-09/26/25 @1913-Brian Tyrone Desmond Tinslet-McMillian, age 42, was cited for DOC after police responded to the Americana Apt. for an incident that had occurred.
Theft from Auto-09/28/25 @2101-Victim states he noticed his vehicle was ransacked and a book bag containing a couple of small hand tools was taken from the back seat area. Total value $100.00
DUI/Arrest-09/28/25 @0604-Angel Medina-Lemus, age 44, was arrested for DUI following a call at the Giant Food Store for a vehicle stopped in the entrance way to the parking lot.
Retail Theft-09/28/25 @1408-Ryan Fabritz, age 40, was cited for retail theft that occurred on 8/13/25 at the Giant Food Store.
Theft from Auto-09/28/25 @0818-Victim reported their vehicles were ransacked overnight on the 300 Block of Hillside Ave. Loose change was stolen as well as a green Ryobi air pump.
Theft from Auto-09/29/25 @0950-Victim states vehicle was ransacked over the weekend on the 100 Block of Centre St. Loose change was stolen as well as a pair of Ray Ban Sunglasses.
