Arrest/Drug Possession – 01/15/25 @ 19:57 – Larry Burt, age 49, was arrested after an incident where police found him passed out in his vehicle in the 7-11 parking lot. He was processed and transported to his residence. A summons will be sent to him to appear at Court.
Arrest/Warrant – 01/15/25 @ 11:12 – Ryan Mahon, age 36, turned himself into Police Headquarters on a warrant for an incident that occurred on 07/16/24. He was processed and released on 10% bail of $5,000.00.
Arrest/Receiving Stolen Property/Other Related Charges – 01/16/25 @ 11:47 – Dierre Phelps, age 24, was arrested for operating a Chop Shop and receiving stolen car parts, license plates, etc. on the 500 block of W. Bridge Street. He was taken into custody, processed and sent to Bucks County Prison.
Fraud – 01/17/25 @ 11:20 – Victim reports receiving a text message whom she believed to be the Apple Store regarding a charge on her account. After calling the number in the text, she thought she was being transferred to the Fraud Department of a bank. She was then instructed to purchase BitCoin at a kiosk and scan a QR code to send the money.
Arrest/Simple Assault – 01/17/25 @ 15:00 – A male juvenile will be charged for assaulting a teacher at the Morrisville School.
Arrest/Criminal Trespassing – 01//17/25 @ 15:05 – Abbygal Sawyer, age 25, and Augustus Newton, age 38, will be cited for an incident with Police and Morrisville School Administration after a fight between two juveniles.
