Morrisville Borough Police Reports: Home Ransacked in Burglary, Man Arrested for Prowling at Bears Auto and More !

Morrisville Borough Police Reports July 14 to July 26, 2026

Theft of Auto’s-07/14/26 @0749-Victim reported her vehicle that was parked on the 200 block of Clymer Ave. the rear driver’s side window smashed out and the steering column ripped apart. Nothing was stolen out of vehicle. Estimated damage is $500.00.

Arrest/Warrant-07/18/26 @0953-Sasha St. Clair, age 33, was arrested for a warrant out of Pennsylvania State Parole. St. Clair will be sent a summons for the drug offenses and loitering.

Arrest/Warrant-07/21/26 @1500-Charles Bregenzer, age 64, was taken into in the unit block of E. Bridge St. for warrant out of Bristol Twp. Bristol Twp. Police took custody of Bregenzer.

Fraud-07/21/26 @1818-Victim reported that he was scammed on his computer to buy Home Depot gift cards because his computer was being hacked. Victim reported $2,000.00 lost.

Arrest/Warrant-07/22/26 @0458-Michael Muniz, age 53, a warrant will was issued for trespassing and loitering and prowling from an incident that occurred at Bear’s Auto. On 7/25/26 Muniz was taken into custody at Taft Ave. and W. Maple Ave. following a pedestrian stop. Muniz was processed and Arraigned. Bail was set at 10% of $70,000. He was released to constables and transported to BCP.

Arrest/Warrant-07/26/26 @1227-Milan Lopez-Perez, age 45, was arrested by Beltzville State Park rangers   for a DUI warrant out of our department,  and is being housed at the Carbon County Prison waiting for the Sheriff’s department to make arrangements for transport.

Burglary-07/26/26 @2215-Victim reported property damage to the home and burglary. He discovered several cut pex plastic pipes causing the water to flood the basement. The expansion tank to the hot water heater was damaged as well as the bathroom tub water valve.  While checking the property for more damage, it was discovered that a Ryobi Circular Saw, Craftsman 3200 psi pressure washing and a small pile of scrap copper pipe/wires were stolen from the residence which is located in the 400 Block of N. Delmorr Ave. Estimated loss is $700.00.
