Bicycle Theft – 10/10/23 @ 10:02 – Report of a neon green Cannondale mountain bike stolen at the Morrisville High School. Value: $540.00
Bicycle Theft – 10/11/23 @ 08:43 – Report of an orange and black fixed gear mountain bike stolen from Osborne Avenue. Value: $250.00
Motor Vehicle Theft – 10/11/23 @ 21:30 – Report of a 2016 Hyundai Sonata stolen from N. Lafayette Avenue. The keys were left in the center console. Value: $15,000.00
Arrest/DUI/Underage Drinking – 10/16/23 @ 02:09 – Kevin Martinez-Perez, age 19, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and Darwin Valenzuel Lima, age 20, was cited for underage drinking for an incident in the Morrisville Shopping Center parking lot. Mr. Martinzez-Perez was processed and released.
Arrest/Dangerous Dog – 10/16/23 @ 13:52 – Jonathan Blanding, age 41, was cited for a dog incident that occurred on Doloro Drive.
Arrest/Trespassing/Warrant – 10/16/23 @ 21:10 – Michael Muniz, age 50, was arrested for an active warrant from Bucks County Probation and a warrant will be issued for Trespassing at the Seven Eleven on S. Pennsylvania Avenue. He was processed and sent to Bucks County Prison.
Arrest/DUI – 10/19/23 @ 22:30 – Muchek Burton, age 28, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence during a traffic stop on W. Trenton Avenue and Doloro Drive. He was processed and released.
Warrant/Retail Theft – 10/21/23 @ 10:32 – A Warrant was issued for Shimera Gore, age 40, for stealing a phone charger from the Seven Eleven on S. Pennsylvania Avenue. Value: $30.00
Arrest/DUI – 10/22/23 @ 07:43 – Raymond Hickman, age 41, was arrested from Driving Under the Influence and other charges for an incident at Nolan Avenue and Benton Lane. He was processed and released.
Arrest/Harassment – 10/22/23 @ 21:00 – Alberto Rivera, age 43, was cited for a domestic incident on W. Bridge Street.
Arrest/Harassment/Warrant/Aggravated Assault/Other Charges – 10/23/23 @ 11:31 – Rosemarie Hartzell, age 47, was cited for Harassment for an incident that occurred at 11:31 and then a warrant was issued for an incident with a firearm that occurred on 10/21/23. The incidents occurred on Harrison Avenue. On 10/24/23 Ms. Hartzell turned herself into Police Headquarters, was processed and sent to Bucks County Prison.
Criminal Mischief to Building – 10/23/23 @ 15:44 – A Warrant was requested for Ivan Albarra, age 76, for breaking at window at a residence on Lenora Avenue.
Theft – 10/23/23 @ 21:20 – Report of approximately $200.00 stolen from Sugar and Spice on S. Pennsylvania Avenue.
Arrest/Burglary/Other Charges – 10/25/23 @ 08:51 – Francesco Pensavalle, age 61, was arrested on 10/26/23 for a burglary that occurred overnight on 10/24/23 on S. Pennsylvania Avenue. Mr. Pensavalle gained entry by kicking in a glass window on the garage door. He was processed and sent to Bucks County Prison.
Arrest/Retail Theft – 10/25/23 @ 16:39 – Jorge Maisonet, age 49, and Elizabeth Davila, age 58, will be charged for stealing seafood that occurred at the Garden Farm Market on E. Trenton Avenue. Value: $160.00
Arrest/Disorderly Conduct – 10/26/23 @ 14:51 – Amy Farreny, age 53, was cited for Disorderly Conduct for an incident at District Court on E. Cleveland Avenue.
Warrant/PFA Order – 10/26/23 @ 22:08 – A Warrant will be issued for Joshua McRae, age 31, for violating a Protection from Abuse Order for an incident that occurred on Plaza Boulevard.
Arrest/Harassment – 10/27/23 @ 12:25 – Amy Farreny, age 53, was cited for Harassment for an incident that occurred on Wilk Drive.
Arrest/Warrant – 10/27/23 @ 21:16 – Tyshawn Barlow, age 47, was arrested for a warrant from Bucks County after an incident on Grove Street. He was released to the Sheriff’s Deputies.
Arrest/Public Drunkenness – 10/29/23 @ 02:21 – Casey Zavala Jimenez, age 25, was cited for Public Drunkenness for an incident that occurred on Crown Street.
Theft – 10/30/23 @ 17:58 – Report of Air Pod Max Headphones stolen during a marketplace exchange on W. Cleveland Avenue. Value: $250.00
Burglary – 10/30/23 @ 18:12 – Report of a burglary where someone entered through an unlocked window and stole cash and medication. Incident occurred on N. Delmorr Avenue. Value: $550.00
