Arrest/Warrant-10/20/26 @1016-Matthew Schaible, age 30, turned himself in at HQ’s for an active Bucks County Sheriff’s warrant. He was released to the Sheriff’s.
Retail Theft/Warrant-10/21/26 @0934-Larry Hopkins, age 48, was issued a warrant for retail theft that occurred on 10/1 at the Garden Farm Market. Total loss $89.82
Cited/Disorderly Conduct-10/21/26 @1914-Amy Sherlock, age 51, was cited for Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness at the Dunkin Donuts.
Theft of Vehicle-10/21/26 @0444-Victim reported their vehicle was stolen from S. Pennsylvania Ave.
Arrest/Warrant-10/22/26 @1118-Frederick Grigger, age 43, was dropped off at HQ’s by the Sheriff’s Department for two warrants out of this department. Grigger was processed and arraigned. Bail was set at 10% of $200,000 for the first warrant and 10% of $25,000 for the second warrant. Grigger was transported to BCP by the constables.
Arrest/Warrant-10/24/26 @1836-Larry Hopkins, age 48, was arrested on both active warrants from our department. Hopkins was also charged by police with retail theft, RSP, and possession of paraphernalia after being caught with multiple unpaid items he took from the Dollar Tree. The amount taken was $91.96. Hopkins was arraigned and remanded to BCP on 10% of $25,000 bail.
Theft-10/26/26 @1615-Victim reported that on 10/15, a male on a bicycle rode by his place of business located on the 100 block of N. Pennsylvania Ave. and stole his contractor’s Bluetooth speaker valued at $99.95.
Criminal Mischief-10/26/26 @1809-Victim reported that on 9/22, a male damaged the bar at Yardley Distillery by carving his initials into it. Management gave him until today to pay for the damages or they would report to police, subject failed to do so. Damages are valued at $2,111.18.
Warrant-10/26/26 @0216-Timothy Ross, age 38, a warrant was issued for Timothy Ross for Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault, Poss Instrument of Crime W/Int, and REAP for an incident that occurred on Harper Ave. and Hillcrest Ave. (Has been arrested).
Summons/Simple Assault,DC-10/26/26 @2037-Tasha Garman, age 41, was issued a summons for Simple Assault and Disorderly Conduct for an incident that occurred on Ohio Ave.
